Career exploration programs better prepare young people for stable, high-demand healthcare careers. By integrating real-world simulations, mentorship from licensed professionals, and workplace-readiness training, students build confidence, competence, and a clear vision for advancement. 

Nursing Skills Training

This training is for current licensed professionals. We offer hands-on skills training to help build your confidence in clinical skills such as tracheostomy care, tracheostomy suctioning, peg-tubes, IVs, foleys, IV pumps, and more. Summer Youth Job Training

Enrollment Reopens Annually in Jan/Feb

6-week summer work/training program for ages 16-24. Participants are introduced to the world of nursing through a robust, in-person, hands-on training experience.
