The Nursing Detroit Network is Michigan's largest, most diverse nursing community. Comprised of a variety of healthcare professionals, we aim to provide comprehensive and collaboratative training and mentorship opportunities that ultimately enhance the well-being of the communities we serve.
Community oriented and value-based, our network embodies the truest spirit of nursing: Caring & Advocacy.
We advocate for better care and training for Detroiters.
We envision a healthier Detroit, revived through the spirit of nursing education and support. Through our training, mentorship and talent development programs, we have built caring partnerships with Detroit’s nursing community to promote health equity, reduce racial health disparities, and to build the next generation of caregivers in our community.

Nursing Detroit
Training & Support
Nursing Detroit offers comprehensive training and support for aspiring healthcare professionals. Our programs include CNA training, BLS and CPR classes, and a diverse range of nurse skills training. Our youth mentorship programs provide guidance and support for the next generation of caregivers. Whether you're starting your career or looking to enhance your skills, our experienced instructors provide hands-on training in a supportive and engaging environment.

Our certified instructors provide hands-on training, ensuring you gain the confidence and knowledge needed to respond effectively in emergency situations. Join our classes and become a capable provider of immediate care.

3-Week Nursing Assistant Training Program
Join our 3 week Nursing Assistant Training Program at the Nursing Detroit Training Center! Gain essential skills and knowledge through comprehensive training, preparing you for a successful career as a Certified Nursing Assistant.
A Year- Round Mentorship Program
Mentorship
We're committed to building and empowering Detroit's nursing workforce. Our mentorship programs contribute to the professional growth and development of every healthcare professional. We aim to build a more competent, compassionate, and skilled workforce in Detroit.
Classes Offered Year Round
Nursing Skills Training
We offer hands-on skills training to help build your confidence in clinical skills such as tracheostomy care, tracheostomy suctioning, peg-tubes, IVs, foleys, IV pumps, and more. Fill out an interest form to be notified of upcoming training sessions.
